Interesting noogle update - so last night I thought to myself, why not try noogling with the LARGE domes one at a time with no medium dome noogling before hand.
So I measured myself beforehand and I got somewhere between 30.5" and 31". So yeah, I'm basically back where I started at with measurement wise....
So I noogled one breast at a time for 30 minutes with the large domes. I did a pump and release technique where I basically kept pumping then releasing the air after a few seconds.
I then put the medium cups on, both of them, and noogled for another 30 minutes.
I measured 33" afterwards.
I put a bra on and kept that on for about 3 hours. Then took it off and went to sleep.
On waking this morning I measure just under 32", so that is quite alot of sweling to retain over a 12 hour period. Somewhere between 1 and 1.5". I think I'll try again tonight and do the same thing.
I'm playing lots of sports and doing lots of exercise, so I seem to be putting on weight slowly still, but some of that may just be muscle as opposed to fat.
