Advice on new BO program?

Hi there! It's time to get ready for summer
so I'm starting a program! Here it is:

2 Raw Female Capsules
1 Cool Cayenne Capsule

Twice a day. Plus, adding in lots more
protein to my diet. We'll see if BO really
does the trick! Smile Raw Female is a generic
(aka not UB or BB) brand that also has
things like Vitamin E and Damiana.
I'll post full ingrdient list when it arrives.

The Cool Cayenne is to boost body temp
and improve circulation/heart health.

Wish me luck! If I don't see results in
3 months what should I add? I'm a rather
unique body type, very tall and thin
125 lbs and 5'11"! But have wide hips
and high body fat percentage. Any good
tea I might add? Thanks in advance!

Hi there,

You might want to consider adding kelp and L-Tyrosine if your body temperature is lower than 98.2 F as breast development need a good temperature between 98.2-98.6 F. Another good supplement will be DIM as it helps to metabolize bad estrogen while maintaining good estrogen.
