--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

*seafoods, seaweed, agar agar. shirmps and clams and fish w/ skin on r the best. Smile
*wild yam? some people call it Japanese naga, I saw it in chinese supermarket called "huai-shan". Here is the pictures so there is no mistakes, I know it's rich in DHEA.
http://www.yaoducn.com/cyzycjs/38.htm
*avocado
*green papaya (to use to cook with bass or pork spare-rib)
*chicken feet(I know it sounds gross, but most effective in my (and other girls')experience, I've been eatten them every day for at least 2 monthes. don't boo me. )
*pig knuckle, beef, eggs
*soy product, soy bean milk, yogurt, milk is also good
*peanuts, walnuts.....we need some fat to make boobs grow.
*sesame, cheese
*potato, carrots, corns, eggplant, broccoli
*lettece and asparagus---most recommended by those girls for vegi
*apples, banana, papaya, cherry, peach, olive.
*pomegranate (best eat the seeds, too)

Okay, I just eat chicken feet everyday (make it as broth), because it's most effective in my own experience. I always eat them after my massage, because one massagist said that always eat some boobie helpful foods after massages. You can just drink soy bean milk or eggs.

**gelatin-rich and high protein foods r very helpful, u may try to use them in pill form if foods r not available. but i prefer foods, haven't tried the pills yet, but i think gelatin/collagen caps will help, too. Smile

Tomato and orange is not good because is yin food like beer and ice cream.

About the seafood, I must say I thought so too. We must check out seafood to know which way or other. We can make more information about seafood later.

Yin or yang explains whether a food is a warming or a cooling type (nothing to do with whether hot or cold). Many body situations can be treated with food therapy, so is important to know about, if measles eat yin, if sore throat eat yin, if fatigue eat yang, if anemia eat yang. In this way yang food not good if you're irritable, yin food not good if you're want booby growth. Correct diet can make the difference.

Hi Fengshui!!!

I'm wondering what your experience has been with chinese date(jujube). You say it is boobie unfriendly, yet in another post you list a recipe for chinese date(jujube) tea.

Please let me know if you drink this tea to enlarge your breasts or if I should stay away from it.

I just bought 2 packages of the chinese dates(actually, the ones I bought were made in Korea).

If I can eat it, what are some other recipes I can use it for?

Thanks!

Jaz

hi, Jaz, i got all boobie food info from Taiwan's web-site, the fresh one is cold type, but the dry ones are wildly used in chinese herb tonic and very good for women, i had been on breaks since feb, i have been drinking donquai red dates tea after period everyday (dongquai should be avoid during periods), the feet soup and massage every now and then, my boobies are slightly bigger and fuller, but i also gained few lbs. Dry dates are good for "chi and blood" for women, there are many recipes in food and drink page you can use, but if you are easy to have acne, take out the seeds of red dates before use.

Soybeans, and soy derivatives have large amounts of natural estrogens. Interestingly enough, soy sauce is not a major source of phytoestrogens.

Flaxseed, pulses, citrus fruits, wheat, licorice, alfalfa, fennel and celery also have fairly large amounts of natural estrogens.

The FRESH date (jujube) is not boobie friendly (I don't know why, got the info from TW NBE forum). See pic.

http://www.tglk.net/%E7%BA%A2%E6%9E%A33.jpg

The (sun)DRIED RED DATES are boobie friendly which are used widely in Chinese herbal tonic. See pic.

http://www.gdfs.gov.cn/jkys/UploadFiles_...211452.jpg

If you have fresh jujubes(dates) you can sun-dry them and make booobie cookies or cook them in your boobie soups. (it should be cheaper just buy packed dried red dates, should be available in all asain markets)--looks something like this.

I think it's just regular iceberg, I heard it was useless nutritionally, too. But that's what I got from TW's website.
I always eat it with some onions to balance the "coldness" of lettece with sprinkle of sunflower seeds, super yummy and boobie helpful. Smile

I don't think your response has to be that rude, I was merely sharing what I learned from TW's website and it has worked for me.
Plus, the only conflict seems to be citris fruits only, and I said again and again DO not get paranoid!!
And you do benefit more from tomato when it's cooked. (shouldn't you gat that from your research?)
If you have never heard of TCM (traditional Chinese medicine)--the theory is based on--maybe you didn't do enough research.
You can choose not to believe it, nobody force it on you, does it?
By the way, for whoever is trying this method, you can try to eat your no no fruits in the afternoon when the "yang chi" is more strong.

http://www.articlesbase.com/womens-issue...16219.html

Although there isn't proven studies relating consumption of certain kind of food and breast growth except though overall weight gain, there are certain food which are believe to help promote breast enlargement.

Such food includes, tomatos, green pepper, papaya (green unripe papaya gives the best results, must be cooked before consumption, papaya, red carrots, potatoes, celery, pumkin.

Protein laden food such as fresh milk, fish, soy product, nuts and seafood also help in breast enlarging. Some food mentioned above aids production of estrogen hormones. This hormone is known for building the body curves that create a woman's hour
glass shape and activating and overseeing the female organ system that produces offspring.Soy is a good source of phytoestrogens, estrogen-like compounds from plants. Phytoestrogens are not estrogen; in some ways and in some tissues of the
body, they act like estrogen.

The best time to increase the intake of the above mentioned food is from day 10 to day 14 and also from day 18 to day 24. From day 10 to day 14, our body produces 8 to 10 times more estrogen then normal, and from day 18 to 24, another surge in
production of estrogen occurs, but in lesser amount, about 4 to 6 times more.

However, You should not take any form of estrogen if you are pregnant or have or have had breast or ovarian cancer, abnormal uterine bleeding of an unknown cause (until the cause has been determined), a very high triglyceride level (in this case, some women can take ERT via a patch) , or active liver disease.

A Sample of Breast Enlargement Soup Recipes:

Herbal Pork Tendon Soup
Huang qi which aids tissue regeneration and improve liver functions. Combine with pork tendon gives good results for breast growth. It can be found in medical stores in Chinatown.

For exact proportion of ingredients, get advice from chinese physician or pharmist behind counter.

Ingredients includes Pork Tendons, and Huang Qi (Astragalus root).

Instructions:
1. Clean and blanch tendons then boil for 30 min.
2. Add in huang qi. Boil under medium heat till tendon turns transparent and soft.
3. Add salt and pepper to season

i've read that yang food is good for boobies and yin isn't but it's complex because some yin foods are nevertheless considered boobie friendly. but in general yang food is hot type and good to stimulate growth and yin food is cold type. i don't think it's a strict rule but yang type is right for stimulating the body and yin type is for cooling or calming the body.

Nuts, Raisins & NBE
May 29 2006 at 11:20 AM Helen (Login Helen_N)
EVE MEMBERS

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
NUTS
-----
Nuts and seeds are a great source of protein, good alternative to meat - just be careful with your overall calorie intake and try to avoid the salted versions, prefer the plain unroasted ones - other than that, the benefits are great. In fact, the following list shows how they can be beneficial for NBE:

* LOW levels of saturated fats
* HIGH levels of mono-unsaturated and polyunsaturated fats
* NO cholesterol
* ANTIOXIDANT Phytochemicals, such as PHYTOESTROGENS (isoflavones) and phenolic compounds, ellagic acid and flavonoids
* Dietary FIBRE
* Plant PROTEIN, which makes them a good alternative to meat; nuts are also high in the amino acid arginine
* VITAMINS E, B6, NIACIN and FOLIC ACID
* MINERALS such as magnesium, zinc, iron, calcium, copper, selenium and potassium

Some additional info:

"Most nuts - including almonds, walnuts, pecans, cashews, brazil nuts, chestnuts, hazelnuts, peanuts and pistachios - contain mainly mono-unsaturated fats. However, coconut and palm nuts contain high levels of saturated fats; consumption of these should be limited."

"Research studies have shed new light on the role of nuts in protecting us against heart disease and diabetes. As a result, recommendations regarding nuts have recently changed. Probably the best advice is to have a handful (9 to 15 nuts) of a variety of nuts daily, especially walnuts and almonds."

Combining nuts with low energy-dense foods (such as vegetables) in meals is a good way to eat them - for example, in Asian style dishes or added to a salad.
Vegetarians, vegans or people who avoid red meat need to eat nuts almost daily because nuts are a good substitute for meat (they contain protein, fat, iron, zinc and niacin). For example, 1/2 cup of nuts or 1/4 cup of seeds or two tablespoons of nut and seed spreads like peanut butter or sesame seed paste (tahini) are equivalent to a serve of meat!
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

RAISINS
--------
Raisins are one of the top antioxidant foods, combining dietary fiber and tartaric acid, they play an important role in the proper colon function and health, according to a study designed to confirm a hypothesis that eating two servings of raisins a day may help lower the risk of colon cancer.

THE BENEFIT FOR NBE IN PARTICULAR IS APPARENT, AS PROPER FUNCTION OF OUR DIGESTIVE SYSTEM IS ESSENTIAL FOR NBE. The biologically useful forms of phytoestrogens, the metabolites, are dependent for their existence upon a digestive system in GOOD order, or else they do not acquire their estrogenic properties during the digestive process as they should (and they are basically ineffective). FIBRE intake helps the metabolism of phytochemicals.

Eating raisins along with peanuts, for example, results in LOWER INCREASES IN BLOOD GLUCOSE and INSULIN, than a snack of white bagel and jam. This is important because it means a more steady fuel supply to the body. INCREASED INSULIN is directly linked to INCREASED TESTOSTERONE levels, and DECREASED GROWTH HORMONE levels, which is BAD, BAD, BAD for NBE!

Hi everyone,

I've been gathering information about boobie-friendly and boobie-unfriendly foods from various places on this forum.

I'll list what I've read so far for comments/corrections/discussion, then ask about foods I eat to see if they are okay or not. I invite people to add to the list to create something very comprehensive.

turnips (I tend to eat them raw sometimes)
* It's cold type

raspberries
* okay

red wine
* good

rice (it's listed as anti-estrogenic on some sites)
* No idea, but I eat a lot of rice, so are the girls in Taiwan where the boobie food+massage method came from, and lots of girls have good results.

excellent thread, pop the info in gen ref pages under boobie foods list, great for future reference-

Well i used to be quite unsure about boobie foods, but hey most of the good foods listed are what i eat any way, and its great red wine is a good boobie food, more vino 4 me

Another question, if any of the bad foods, lets say orange, was warmed up does it turn into a good boobie food? or does it remain a "cold" bad boobie food

Thanks again for the info GD

Hi, lillea, don't get paranoid about the food list, and it's not so much about the "yin yang" food type, for example, soy is pretty cold type for sure, but it's very boobie helpful. and I was only about 80% stick to the food list, I still drank when I went out, and cheated on the food list every now and then, I had pretty good growth.
Generally, most of raw veggies are cool I would think, such as lettece, but it's on the boobie food list. and I consume salad all the time, I had my growth and still got to keep it til now even if I had been off NBE over 3 month (but I do eat the feet soup and massage every now and then for maintenance).

And if you take herbs maybe you don't need to worried too much about unfriendly foods, cause where I learned the food+massage method, the girls in those forums (Taiwan sites) were mainly focus on pressure points, massage and foods, no pills or any specially creams.

But again, if you just eat a little so-called unfriendly foods every now and then, I don't think it would hurt, either.

hope this helps. :-)

Thank you fengshui!

I am using PM topically so maybe it doesn't matter quite so much. However, I do find that when I'm on a low carb diet (mostly meat and vegetables and berries) I feel better and my boobs seem to have more growing pains.

Why not to stress over the "boobie foods"

I do my best to drink one 11.5oz can of V8 every day. V8 is mostly tomato juice and tomatoes are on the non-boobie friendly food list. In the past almost 7 weeks (that's how long I have been doing NBE) I have grown 2in. So eating healthy should come before stressing over if a food is on the right list.

Oh and BTW I have even back out almost all the way, my left boob is almost the same as the right again. I'll do a new pic in a few days, on cycle day 5, that will be just a few days after my 2 months of doing NBE.

I agree, if you are on herbs, boobie foods may not be necessary at all, it's totally different theories. Boobies foods list is mainly for who just use foods + massage method only. I myself was not 100% stick to it, but I'd say I was being 80% good (if read my detail posts from the other forums). Also, Chinese medicine theory always focus on a long term whole body aspects, for example, if you go to a chinese herb doctor asking for NBE, he/she may ask you about your stonatch function, periods, if hands feet are cold all the time.....ect, then give you a recipe for tonic, then tell you what not to eat, usually, cold drinks are not recommended. I am not a professional, can't explain it well, so, different people have different causes for their problems, but boobie food lists are just for more common causes for women in Chinese NBE theory.

I think I read it some where before that in Chinese medicine theory, if you "body type" is more on "cool" type, the fats will stuck more on lower parts of body, and we want to grow upper parts, so we need to "warm" up the wombs, for the "chi" path flows better to breasts so we can grow boobs not butts and thighs. And in Chinese medicine theories, a "healthy womb" is an important part for women to be younger, prettier for a longer time.

I am not a specialist, not really my place to explain, just for some people who might be interested in Chinese theory.
sorry for the long post. :-)

Fengshui,
I'm not really familiar with cool/warm foods but I have low body temp, cold hands/feet and carry weight on my lower body. Could you give me a list of foods I should be eating to help with that? or at least point me in the right direction? Any help is much appreciated. I've been trying to get my temp to rise and I'd like to try this method.
Thank You!!

You can just check my programme page for the food list, and try not to drink anything ice cold, try to drink it room temperature. No need to get paronoid over the food list, but during the periods, best to totally avoid cold type foods and drinks. It may take months for you to notice your "body essence" changes. Before I started NBE in sep. 05, I even had cold hands/feet in summer time, but in winter, 06, I noticed I didn't have cold hands and feet any more and tolerate coldness way better then before.

It's hard not to drink/eat something cold in summer time, what I do is hold the ice cream or cold drinks in my mouth to warm it up a little before I swallow or drink it slowly by sipping. (but I did try to avoid nono's if I could)

Thank you Fengshui!! Some of those foods I can't really eat though. I have no problem staying away from cold foods since I don't really care for ice cream or ice cold drinks.

Hey momxseven: I noticed on the boobie food list that cooked tomatoes are ok so maybe thats why the V8 is ok because they have to cook it/pasturize it.

hi, lindyrose, you don't have to eat everything on the list, just eat some boobie foods you like after massage. you can also drink those teas in the recipe page (helps with chi flows), especially if u have cramps during periods, those teas should help you. You can make the easies one, ginger root+ brown sugar tea. I always add some ginger powder in my soy milk, because soy is cold type but boobie friendly.

yin yang info

i know i'm going a little crazy with all the yin yang stuff but i really think its very important with breast growth and overall health. so i hope you don't mind!

just a note, many asians believe that too much yang will cause acne, so don't go over board with it.

found some sites on yin-yang foods.

http://www.thetasteofasia.com/yin_yang.asp

this is the same site but these are recipesthat are balanced

http://www.thetasteofasia.com/yinyang_recipes.asp

this is a chart of yin and yang foods, tastes and cooking methods

http://www.thetasteofasia.com/yinyang_food.asp

this site has a test to determine if you are primaraily, yin, yang or balanced.(i'm balanced, whoo hoo!)

Do not get paranoid by "yin & yang" foods list. No need unless you are on Chinese doctor's herb tonic and being told to do so.

Soy is "cold" type, but boobie friendly,
leek is "warm" type, but boobie nono.

>>>>re-post from answer of this thread.
http://www.network54.com/Forum/371678/th...hout+pills

=============================================================
I am not sure if I explain it right, but will try. So, just do whatever you can for foods and massages, hope you will grow!!

Here I'd like to mention, don't worry about the "yin, yang" foods type, just boobie foods will do. Because soy is "cold type", but it's boobie friendly. Leeks are "yang" type, it's not boobie friendly. So, I recommend soy milk (you can add some ginger powder to balance it), but prefer hot soy milk or room tempeture is better. Same as sea foods. (yin type, but boobie friendly, better cook with "warm" spices, such as ginger, onion, garlic..)

Women are "yin", men are "yang",some organs in our bodies are "yang", some organs are "yin". So we are not trying to turn women into "yang", soy can "enhance, enrich" the "yin" (appearence, boobies, smooth skins...) for women, so we eat it. And wombs, stomachs need "yang" to work better, healthier.
It's just a general idea, it still veries by person. Such as where you live (sunlight), what you do (activties), "body type" (such as "hot"-maybe shows as acnes, temper, "cold"-cold hands and feet? cramps?...) Only a Chinese herb doctor can really tell you what not to eat.
So, NO NEED to get paranoid about foods, if you eat a little "cold" food, it's not gonna hurt, but consume a lot or all the time may have slow down your NBE.
I know i don't even explain it right, just want you to know that food + massage method is one of many good NBE methods you can try with no extra cost (coz we have to eat)and it's safe for sure (unless you are allergic to some foods).
Hope this helps. :-)

P.S. As the Chinese medicine theory above, that's why cold drinks and "cold type" foods are strongly suggested to avoid during periods (of course if you cook the cold type foods with "warm" spicies will balance it). Coldness--stagnate, it may cause you cramps, not able to rid of the blood totaly, then it may cause blockages, weak wombs.

============================================================
This is just my humble opinion (not professional).

In my own experience (also in the TW boobie forum where I learned this "food + massage method from), seafoods, especially clams, oysters, shrimps, crabs (all above cooked, best hot spicies, such as ginger, garlic, onion...or even cheese) are very boobie helpful!!!!

some more tip
May 24 2008, 9:43 AM

I read it some where that says gelatin/collagen works better with V-C and calcium (please correct if wrong).

Anyhow, lots people in TW/China like to add a bit vinegar when they are making home-made chicken/prok (with bone) broth, because vinegar helps the bone (for the broth) to "reliese" calcium from the bone into the broth. Just something we learned from grandmas. So I always add some vinergar when I am making my chicken feet broth.

Nobody ever told me how much, it's always "some". I just use maybe a couple of tbsp.

P.S. I don't know if it matters, but I only use natural vinegar, not "mad-made".

Re: yin yang info

soy is one of the best boobie foods, not only will it help with your breast growth, but it fights off cancer and for those who are younger, if they start consumming lots of soy in thier twenties and thirties, it will lessen the effects, pain, discomfort, hotflashes ect from menopause, thats why most asians don't suffer as much when thiers hits.

soy beans are the richest source out of soy products because it is the actual bean, the actual source, but soy milk is also really good. i reccomend making your own soy milk, i've posted the recipe in the foods and drinks section.

Question for TigerLily/Fengshui

lost in translation, i guess.
June 17 2006, 11:19 PM

hi, Darisha, sorry about the confusion. When i was sharing my experience in the other forum i was trying to think of a way to explain some notions about chinese medicine (nor am i an expert or anything) that might be easier for ppl to accept, when my writing being copied by Tiger Lily to this forum, somehow she turned "boobie foods" into "yin yang foods lists, that was never my intention (she misunderstood my posts), and that's also why I didn't name it as "yin yang" foods lists to begin with.
In chinese medicine, they sometimes suggest certain foods to eat or to avoid due to the essences when u r on some tonic.. it's kinda like "strong hot", "dry hot", "wet hot" "neutral" "slightly cold".....yada, yada. however the categories have nothing to do w/ temperture is hot or cold. so i thought i could use "yin" and "yang" to explain. but it's not being called "yin" or "yang" in chinese medicine. i was hoping i could make it easier for ppl to accept the notions--- TRY not to eat/drink too much cold food or drinks, and also some boobie unfriendly foods due to it's not good for women's "womb" if consume too much.

In chinese medicine, they think the "womb" is healthy or not has a lot to do w/ NBE. Anyways, i never thought of it would turn out to be a whole bunch "yin" "yang" foods list. that's not my intention.

anyways, i can't really type a long post to explain, it's really boring anyway. so if u r interested, u can check boobie foods in my programme page.

BUT, please DO NOT GET PARANOID!!!!! it's summer, so some "cold" type foods will not be that bad now as long as u don't eat too much.
In chinese medicine, "balance" is the key to health, so don't misunderstand the "yin" "yang" food list. just try to eat more boobie foods and less cold drinks or "cold type" veggi or fruits. but best to TOTALLY AVOID COLD DRINKS AND fruits DURING PERIODs.

i hope this will help.

Re: Question for TigerLily/Fengshui
June 18 2006, 1:35 AM

Thanks Fengshui for that info. I got the yin and yang list from the 'food and drink recipes' listed in 'other rescources' page which was posted in by Peony and TigerLily. I checked out your program page and have made some notes. Can I also ask about this green papaya. I am from Australia and I am assuming that Paw Paw is the same thing??? So is green papaya just a papaya that is not ripe yet?? I'm sorry for the questions but I have one more, there is some tea mentioned also in the 'food and drink recipe' list called longan red jujube tea. Do you recommend this? And do you drink any type of tea for your nbe journey? Thanks Fengshui. I haven't had too much luck with herbs so far so I am thinking of ditching the herbs altogether and opting for this approach for nbe. I have always been fascinated in the Chinese approach to healing. I have been to a Chinese herbalist many times and remember him saying things like 'don't drink anything cold' and 'don't eat anything raw'. I had a weak stomach at the time and he gave me these herbs that I had to boil up and simmer for 2 hours. What a stench!!! Had to use a peg on the nose to drink the stuff too. Anyhow, any other helpful information you can think of please post it in. I really appreciate your help.

Thanks Fengshui for posting your program page. I also read your messages you post on the other forum (page 13 - 20+), you have been very helpful to everybody who needs help, I really appreciate it. From what I've read, it seems that you got some significant result only after you started massage pressure points. So the vigorous massage seems the key. I'm curious: some of the massage techniques you used are not listed in Pansyclub's massage page, true? Like the "slap and grab", or "push the fat from tammy to breast", or "use bra to reshape the fat around the breast", etc... Can you please share with us which specific ones you uses more frequently and you think more effective?

hi, darisha and landoline, i am so drunk now, i went bar hopping w/ my girlfriends!1 LOL!!
i hope my typing and writing r oaky...anyways, bare w/ me.hehe. i will try to answer so u girls can start right away. ^_^ i hope i don't miss anything, but i will come back to check when i am sober. LOL!!!!!!!!

darisha, yes, green papaya is papaya not yet ripe, i don't know if it's called paw paw or not. w/ ripe papaya u can make papaya milk drink w/ it. it's famous boobie drink in Taiwan.
about those teas, yes, i posted in the other forum, those r all good for women, i didn't drink them when i started NBE, but now i drink them every now and them. cuz i am trying to break my stall, i will keep updating my programme. i think it's good to drink them cuz they r good for women. in chinese medicine, they believe healthy womb is the key for women to be young and beautiful, i am too drunk to explain now, u can find the explainations in the other forum probabaly towards the end pages. anyhow, it's the key to the success for NBE for in chinese medicine.

landoline, yes, my massage technique is a little different from the one pansyclub posted, but pretty similar. the ones i posted in the other forum are the ones i do everyday. i did the ones pansyclub posted in the beginning for like 4 months. i think it helped. i did get better shape and some fullness, then i switched to the firm massages, and add some techniques i came up with by myself or from other research.
however it's pretty common for us to see obvious results after few months' hard work from the posts i read in Taiwan's forums. Smile and i do think i gained more progress from firm massages. my boobs were saggy due to the weight lose, but now they r bigger and lifted about an inch. i will post the techniques i do for lifting later when i sober up. LOL, but u can find them here on the second thread on page 34

http://www.aphroditewomenshealth.com/ubb...6/438.html

okay, i hope i helped a little. Smile i will come back when i am totally sober!! Smile LOL
