Hi everyone,

Well, I just downloaded the Flat 2 Fab program and am just starting out. I made a batch of cleavage cream with 1 droplet of Fenugreek extract and massaged with it, as recommended by Lucille. Now, I just can't seem to get rid of the smell it leaves afterward =( . If anyone with any experience with this problem could give me some advice, I would appreciate it so much. I massage with fenugreek everyday, and yep it smells, and so does my whole bedroom! No idea how to stop the smell!

hey acculalli, yes fenugreek does smell a lot, and i dont know the solution. Since u are trying flat2fab program can u share with us what does this program talks abt i mean what it has suggested. We all be thankful if u would share with us, but if u dont want to then also its ok and I wish best of luck for ur program.

Shadow, I have the flat2fab too, if you want I can send it to you. But basically it suggests taking fenugreek-saw p- and red clover blossoms orally 3 times a day and massage with fenugreek and wild yam extract (mixed with lotion). There is also some information on other herbs if you need to replace something and a very detailed explanation on the effect of herbs on hormones.

As for the fenugreek smell, yes it´s very strong, I think some mix it with essential oils (like mint or lavender) to hide it some.
