Information

Just thought I would add a website to get goat's rue, for anybody that's interested. Especially for those in the States. Viable Herbal Solutions sells GR cheap compared to others and even has both bulk powder and higher quantities of 1400 caps.

Wahaika if you are still around I had some questions? Please? I've been referring to this topic for information > http://beboard.proboards.com/index.cgi?b...hread=3029
The topic is quite old (2005), so I was afraid to post a reply there, thinking it will never be seen. My question is this. I started a program around June 2009 just taking fenugreek and wildyam, massaging with olive oil and Fenu with WY and had great success in the two months I was on the program. I wanted to try PM to see if it would work for me and after a month of PM was really discouraged as I lost all my growth and even 1/2 inch more. Shortly after that I went out of the country for a month and had trouble getting back onto a program. I want to use the herbs that I already have available to create a new program and start ASAP as spring is approaching and I think this is a good time. This is what I have on hand >

Bulk herbs :
Hops powder
Flaxseed powder
Oatstraw powder
Barley powder
AlfaAlfa seed
Fennel Powder

Capsules:
Wild Yam
Milk Thistle
Fenugreek

Tea:
Bustea

I don't have Saw Palmetto, but was thinking of only purchasing additional reserves of Fenu, Wild Yam, and getting some Saw Palmetto, but I don't want to spend much more than that.

I originally was trying to go for Eve's program, but taking 7 + capsules per day 3 -4 x per day not including a multivitamin is just too much. So I don't want to go there, also have a scale for the bulk herbs but capsuling them is very time consuming and I'd like to keep that to a minimum.

So any suggestions on a program that I can try that makes use of these herbs without excessive pill popping? I was thinking Borage Oil + Olive Oil with Fenugreek, Wild Yam, Hops, and Oatstraw for the batter.

As for internal, Fenugreek, Wild Yam, Saw Palmetto, Flaxseed powder with Milk Thistle at the beginning of the program, all 500 mg.

BTW, I'm 24 years old, 105 lbs, currently a B cup, my goal is a full C, not too much to ask. Non smoker.

Oh also taking Borage Oil internally, I had a question. If I buy a bottle of Borage, how exactly do I measure a correct dosage if it is not encapsulated? I have purchased most of my herbs from www.mountainroseherbs.com

1 teaspoon oil = 5 mL = 5 grams = 5000 mg.

You realize barley powder is just another kind of flour? I'd remove it and the wild yam (which isn't much use unless changed in a lab), and use up the rest. Maybe use the barley flour in a dinner rolls recipe and the wild yam for instant mashed yams.
