Hello ladies, I've a question. :-/

Yesterday i applied heat to my breasts with hot water bottle. But i'm not sure if it actually works. I put some hot water in it, but when i put the bottle on my breasts, i only felt some warmness. Is it what you feel when you use heat pad? Or do you feel some intense hotness which is a bit uncomfortable? (sorry for bad english) I don't know if i should continue using hot water bottle, since i have doubts that i'm wasting my time with it.

I think a hot water bottle would be fine... When you use a heat pad, you only use it on the lowest setting anyway, so it's not supposed to be uncomfortable.
