I've decided to start with herbs and massage, here's the initial plan:
Wild Yam 500mg twice a day
Saw Palmetto 540mg twice a day
Fenugreek 610mg twice a day
Dong Quai 500mg twice a day
2 ten minute massages daily
I'll start ramping up until I feel the tenderness.
I also take a multi-vitamin, 500mg of fish oil, birth control (Yaz).
I'm 5', about 100 lbs, 24 years old, no babies, currently 32A, goal of large B or C cup.
What do you guys think? Any suggestions?
