I think the ub site says 80-99 grams of protein a day. I'm going to be starting ub as well Big GrinI'm really excited haha

I get 80g to 90 something g of protein per day, you can get alot of protein just from your diet alone. I prefer whey protein isolate as far as protein shakes go, and you can drink them whenever you want. hth

hahah periwinkle, I'm rather excited too but I try not to get my hopes up too high in case it doesn't work. :s I'm scared my low body fat percentage will be a big issue.
anastasia, I'm 161cm (5'3") and weigh 44kg (97lbs) so I'm thinking a protein shake would be a good idea, seeing as any weight gain attempts in the past simply through changing my diet have proved fruitless.
