bra size: *less than a* 32B/34A Dodgy
bust: 32.75" (1.25" decrease)
under bust: 28" (0.5" decrease)
waist: 26" (1" decrease)
hips: 36" (1" decrease)
butt: 38" (0.5" decrease)
current goal: back up to 34" bust, don't care about decreasing other areas further! But I like shrinking thighs and being firmer around my waist and butt. Smile

I've been slacking on pumping with NB--not doing it every day. So, I'm back to pumping every day and actually trying to get medium domes because I think I might get better swelling that way.

Still working out 3 to 4 days a week doing cycling, endurance weight training, and yoga.

As far as herbs, I added a kelp every other day. For herbs I take one each of 575 mg FG, SP, and WY from Greenbush. Not sure it's done anything for me, whenever I get bigger it's from long (1+ hours) of NB every day. I'm also taking one Himalaya brand Ashwagandha pill every other night, Cal-Mag every day, B-12 every morning, and multivitamins every day. Oh, also alternating between a Flaxeed and EPO supplement every day.

how come you have had a decrease in bust size????

1.) I started a more rigorous exercise regimen and trying to watch my calorie intake. I'm tired of chubby thighs! Look at my stats, everything has gone down.

2.) Greenbush herbs don't seem to be working for me. I'm not surprised.

3.) Like I wrote, I was slacking on my Noogling. Since I wrote I've been doing it 1-2 hours a day and am more swollen--about 33.5" now.

I better go, gotta noogle while I read. Smile
