hey guys,
just had a quick question. has anyone tried adding wild yam powder to their massage oil? and if so have you seen any results?

No. But I do take wild yam root and massage with wild yam cream. I have been seeing some results followed by itchy and tingly boobs. I just started the wild yam cream and root capsules two days ago... So I have a long way to go... Hope this has helped you out. =o)

thanks a lot, that does help. i tried taking the wild yam from the capsule and adding it to my boobie batter before massaging, but it has a rly rought texture, and ended up rubbing my skin raw lol. i think am gonna get a WY cream later and alternate it with my boobie batter.
