i found my old heating pad that i had put away a few months ago. i slept with it on my boobs like i used to do a few months back. i realized my boobs felt fuller when i was doing that. today, my NG swelling went back up to the 33" mark. i'm going to continue to use heating pad.
i stopped taking hops at night because it killed my libido COMPLETELY when i was taking it. i tested it out on and off. seemed like it took a couple of days for me to lose my sex drive completely, then after about 3 days off of hops, i'm back to normal. taking maca to balance out the lose of libido helped a bit, but i suspected that the maca was making me gain weight on my thighs, so i stopped.
looking back at my photos, i'm pretty sure that i've stalled. so i'm planning on mixing up my program a bit, to confuse my system. i was doing 6 PM a day (a little over 1g of PM). i'm lowering it down to just 4PM (around 800mg) and supplementing that with herbs. i just feel like i don't want my body to get used to any level of supplementation. we'll see how this goes...
