yeah i think the tubbing is interchangeable between brava and noogleberry. BUT, having done both brava and NB, i wouldn't recommending buying brava sports box and pairing it with NB cups (even with foam rings).
the brava sports box is a little bit of a joke. not worth the few hundred dollars they sell it for. the most crucial part about the brava system is the domes, enabling you to wear it for long hours. that's the main and key difference between the NB and Brava. if anything, i would get the brava domes and just suck the air out manually and clip the tubbing with some sort of air lock.
i used the NB for 2 years but was never able to get nearly as much swelling as the brava. i think i got more out of brava these past 16 weeks than i did the past 2 years of doing NB, BO, PM, herb, massages...
good luck! and if you do decide on brava, make sure you know what you're getting into. it's a HUGE commitment.
for me personally, i'm loving the swelling and am very glad i gave brava a try.
