i'm feeling a little bit sentimental. just looked back at photos of me in my early and mid 20s. i'm now 31. i can honestly say that i feel much sexier and happier with myself now than in my 20s. i'm so glad i found this forum, and i'm glad i stuck with this over the past 2+ years despite all the set backs and non-progress i had.

in my 20s, i knew i had small breasts, and i was extremely ashamed of them. i ignored my breasts and tried to focus on other things. i couldn't buy any push up bras because there was not enough tissues to push up. it just created too big of a gap on top. i wore t-shirt padded bras to give myself shape underneath my clothes. but if i wore a slightly low top, you can see my chest is completely flat, then two bumps created by the padded bra. i spent 6 months in my mid 20s trying out herbs but it didn't make any difference whatsoever.

by the end of my 20s, i found this forum. i was skeptical, but desperate. i dived in 200% only to broke out with acne, experienced hair loss, and went 6 months without period. all the while i was super frustrated seeing other people growing out their bras while i still couldn't fill out ANY of my existing bras. slowly i had little glimmers of hope... a little bit of shadow between boobs, a little bit of breast sensation here and there, a little bit more aware that i have a tiny bit of breasts...

now, my b/c cup during the day is temporary swelling from brava. but even at night, not only do i have breast tissues to push up, i also have cleavage. are they by any means large breasts? no. but they are finally what i feel are breasts rather than tiny lumps on my chest, and i'm so happy and thankful, and proud of myself for finally being on the winning side of this long battle.

so i went from being a skeptic, to a believer in NBE. i have to say the most progress i've made is with brava. i plan on continuing with this to see where it takes me. in the back of my mind, there's still a part of me that's worried about losing everything once i stop brava. but i get consolation in believing that because my progress has been so slow, it's given my body plenty of time to adapt.

i no longer dread taking my bra off in front of a guy. i no longer feel like an anomaly.

I understand what you're saying completely. I've even ended relationships just because I didn't want to be topless in front of a guy. We're about the same age and I too, feel a lot more confident now that I'm older and wiser and have had a small bit of growth.
