Generic BO this time around
#1
I have decided it was time to share my program with all of you. I've been doing NBE for about a year now but I really tell the exact dates. I started with herbs but that growth wasn't permanent, most of it was gone after the period. Then I switched to TigerLilly's method which consists of massage and a special diet (or rather just adding specific foods to your regular diet). I grew from 32A to 32B, unfortunately that didn't last because of the really bad stress. The fullness just disappeared Sad almost all of it. Now I'm left with something between 32A and 32B. Now I'm sure about stress killing breast growtrh. I guess that was why I never develoved when teenager, I was stressed all the time, neurotic really.

Between those herbs and TigerLilly's method I was going to try BO, I actually ordered and paid for BB and.. They couldn't deliver to my country. It was sent to me and then returned to the US.

Few days ago I found a generic BO here. It is prescribed my a doctor and is used to treat menopause and infertility. Doctors recommend to take it for 2 weeks to jump-start ovaries which are about to or have already shut down.On some local forums I read that in some girls it triggered PCOS. I'm scared of course to mess with hormones and overies but I decided to try anyway and see how it affects me.

So, here comes my routine and my stats.
Age 36
Weight 45kg
Cup size - between 32A and 32B

I started taking BO close to the middle of my cycle.
I also take Omega 3-6-9 and Vitamins E and C.
I try not to eat any cold food (or drinks).
Eat plenty of walnuts together with honey (it is said to "wake up" breasts.

After few days I noticed that the quantity of the discharge had increased significantly.

I used to apply progesterone cream in the second half of my cycle and now I don't know what to do - should I use it together with BO or not? Haven't found any information on this yet. Huh

Day 7 of my cycle. Usually my cycle is around 28 days, this time it was 20. The period lasted 2 days longer this time, no cramps, no spotting. I don't measure (because I don't know how to measure correctly and it seems every time I measure I get different results) so I bought a "measuring bra". It is B cup and before BO it was pretty loose on me because I'm (or I was) between A and B cup. Before the period I tried it on and it was actually too small Smile Today it fits perfectly. I know it is too soon for a "real growth", I shouldn't get too excited though I can't help it! Smile I ordered MSM and started taking it together with BO. And multivitamins. That was all I changed in my routine. Note to myself - I should be more consistent with massage.

Went shopping yesterday and couldn't help but trying on few C-cups! Smile Silly, I know! Smile

It is day 27 in my cycle today. Last month my cycle was just 20 days (usually it is around 28 days). I added progesterone cream this month starting from day 18. Maybe due to this I got my cycle to "normal" this month, it was a pity to have such short "second half of my cycle" because many girls say that's when they had growth spurts. I will try and experiment - next month no progesterone cream, let's see if it is BO that makes my cycle so short. Btw, I read somewhere in a magazine for doctors that girls who have very short "second half of hteir cycle" (can't remember what it is called correctly, you know, the half after your ovulation) don't develop breasts fully! In my puberty my cycle wasn't stable - sometimes very short! I wonder if I could post a poll here to ask girls if they all had short cycles in puberty. If yes that will explain why progesterone cream alone sometimes works for NBE!

Anyway, time to talk about my boobs. I feel and see they are bigger. I still don't experiece any tingles or pains, just the usual slight soreness few days in the end of my cycle. When I was taking herbs the breast were so swolen before period! I could hardly stand it! Like baloons! With BO it is different - just heavier, bigger.

I still take BO (2 in the morning and 2 in the evening), MSM, Omega 3-6-9 and vitamins. I added vitamin E after ovulation (I didn't do ovulation test, I just "felt" it).

Oh, almost forgot. C-cups of course don't fit perfectly though.. If I tighten the straps then.. they fit! I know, I know, it will probably not be the case after period because they do get little smaller. I'm anyway optimistic because even though they get smaller I still retain some growth!

Wish you all good growing!

Since you are on a prescription. Can you up the amount of BO that you are taking?

Hi Andy! That's exactly what I'm doing. It says to take 1-3 tables 1-3 times a day. I take 2 twice a day. My doctor knows why I'm taking it and she suggested I start by taking 1 tablet two-three times a day, I exceed the dosage already. Before writing a prescription she made me do blood tests (4 blood tests in total, two in the first part of my cycle, one in a middle and one in the second half). I had low estradiol (low body fat, boyish looking body, so on). My FSH (follicule stimulation hormone) is actually almost normal and that was why I wasn't prescribed pituitary, just BO. If FSH is too high a woman can't get pregnant.

The danger here is when to stop. Once estradiol is too high it leads to all the bad things like cycts and tumors. A person taking it is supposed to do blood tests after three month though on a package it says that one should take BO for two weeks only..

My doctor says BO is not supposed to raise estrogen (all sorts of estrogen, good and bad) only. It is supposed to stimulate ovaries and they produce more hormones, not just estrogen. But the truth is nobody knows how exactly each individual will react to glandular therapy, that's the thing. There's not enough study and it seems like no industry is interested, promoting attitude to glandular therapy more like a witchcraft or silly thing. Not every doctor will prescribe it and even "believe" in it.

I don't even want to start thinking what happens in three month (actually in one month as I've been on BO for nearly two months) because I see good growth already. It's day 2 of my cycle and my measuring bra is too small (it was really loose when I started). I was between A and B cup and now I'm closer to C. I wonder what could the progress be like if I could add pituitary..

After period I retained some growth. C cup is loose but B cup is almost too small Smile Period lasted just three days and I didn't feel any pain which is a miracle, I usually get cramps on the first day.

A friend of mine is doing NBE too but with PM. I have also read tons of information about it and one thing which I remembered was the importance of calcium intake. Thet were saying that it is essencial if you're using PM. I wonder if it is essencial for NBE in general. Anyways, what I'm getting at is the following:

1. I shall try and eat more calcium rich food.
2. order NB. I just can't decide on which cup tp order Large or Large Contoured or Mediums..

If you wonder why I decided to try NB Smile I saw some results just from BO and now I believe I can have bigger breasts. Now I want more! Smile But soon I will run out of my BO supply Sad BO is prescribed and what if I tests show that I don't need BO any longer. I'm terrified about nipple enlargement or damage from NB but it looks like there's nothing left to do but try and see for myself.

wow, you're growing so fast! congrats! i wish i can fill out a bra, any bra!

as for NG, i think you should get the large contoured. i'm only a 34AA and i started out using the small cups which was a mistake. i went up to the medium, and now using the large. i've been NG for 6 months and can't really say i've grown. everyone is different though and i do think NG is worth a shot. good luck! Hi lled34aa!
You say you didn't grow but you've moved up to Large domes? I must admit that I don't quite understand how this whole NB stuff is working but my understanding was that if you're changing to bigger domes it means your breasts are bigger? No? Are you using anything else (BO, herbs, protein/gelatin shakes, msm, etc.?)

I take this opportunity to ask - did you have nay side effects from noogling? I'm afraid of getting large nipple as my nipple is big already. Did yours get larger?

Ginie, many can move up in domes sizes without any growth. I started NB a 32B, started with the medium sized domes, used them 2 months before needing the large domes, used those 2-4 months before moving to the XL's, I used the L's for a while with the XL's to "prepump" because the XL's are so massive. I got to a 32C with the L's, 32D with the XL's, so yea I used the mediums and moved to the large without any "permanent" growth, but had awesome swelling after each time I pumped. The swelling from pumping becomes permanent over time but it is a long term thing like anything else. The reason why some people grow out of dome sizes more fast than others without growing is because their skin may stretch more, they may swell more inside the domes, but not actually grow, it all depends on the individual. That's why I don't recommend people smaller than say a 34C starting with the L domes because some like me for example needed the mediums to start with, while others may not, it's really not a waste of money, it's better to buy the domes that will fit your size then buy bigger and end up hurting yourself. Hope this clears it up a bit.

Edit: forgot to add, I have big areolas as I was tuberous before noogleberry and my nipples nor areolas got any bigger than they were. I also didn't have any side effects from noogling apart from the red dots if I accidentally overpumped and the red rings right after pumping, my ring marks go away within 15 min to an hour.

Thank you so much, Anastatia, for popping up and clearing up that thing about growing/swelling and dome sizes! You are the reason I decided to order NB! Smile You inspired me, I mean, your pictures! Smile

Shit, I just ordered L domes.. Sad I thinkI will write to Lucy and try and change to mediums because I am 32 like you and you started with M domes.

I will definately take it slow with NB because the more I read in this and NB forums the more I understand that people who have done permanent damage to nipples or breasts were doing it too hard or were not using rings or in this or another way didn't listen to the signs that their bodies were sending them.

I keep looking for information about calcium and breast development. A friend of mine who is asian told me that when she moved from Thailand to Europe she was flater than me! Now she is C or D whithout any NBE! She thinks it has to do with diet. Before she wasn't eating dairy at all and very little meat. I wonder if it is due to hormones in dairy or calcium.

Also as I know from experience that stress kills all breast growth I'm looking for ways to reduce it. Unfortunately I'm that person who would stress over anything. I decided to buy GABA and eat less sweets (sugar through long chain or hormone creation elevates stress hormone).
