It depends. Some people say 1,500mg is a good daily dosage to start with, then increase to 2,000mg max if needed. Whereas others reported starting on about 1,000mg.

hey raw, this thread has info about BB and UB and how much Bovine Ovary is in each pill, and therefore how much people take per day.
http://www.breastnexus.com/showthread.php?tid=1626

this was the info in one of the posts:

Ultra Breast
(from website)
400 MG Bovine Ovary
50 MG Ipriflavone
15 MG Wild Yam Extract
Magnesium
Gelatin

Bountiful Breast
(from their bottle)
Propietary Blend 525 mg
Bovine Oavaries
Pituitary Gland substance
Kelp
Gelatin

Ok, just had a look at some of the ladies programs who take BB, and from what I see so far, most people take 1 BB in the morning and 1 BB in the evening. Which means they are only taking around 1,000mg per day. e.g. TM, Crystalelle, itsjustforfun. Apparently the BB pills you are meant to take 2 per day.... which means they are only getting about 1,050mg tops.

So I am not unclear why people think it's good to take more BO i.e. 1,500mg per day. hmmmm

Belalilly took UB and then Swansons BO but she was taking more UB pills than recommended by UB at one stage, and then switched to 4 swanson pills AM and 4 PM. (2,000mg per day)

Superboob changed her dosage of BO from 4 pills per day (800mg) to higher, and then reduced it again.

This is a post about how much generic to take - basically someone wondering why it is that people are suggesting you should take more of the generic than what is in the BB pills - http://www.breastnexus.com/showthread.php?tid=5189&page=1
