I've been looking at this site for about a year now but there is so much information I still can't seem to wrap my head around any of it!
So I'm a 32B, 5'3 and i weigh 115lbs. Also, my body temperature is usually something like 35 degrees celsius.
In your opinion, what kind of program would help me out? Any responses would be greatly appreciated, thank you!
