I was just curious, for those of you who have experienced growth, how exactly it has come in? Did you get small growth spurts here and there or did you just wake up one morning and you were an inch larger? I'm noticing the areas near my arm pits are starting to really develop as well as the middle of my chest, between my breasts. I wish they would grow outward, lol, but I know I have to be patient.

yes, that is what's happening to me too.
there are times nothing seems to be happening and it's easy to lose enthusiasm. I have had a couple of breaks from NBE and changed my program a few times, but have started up again and am seeing a slow improvement.
There is one lady here who said she has experienced growth until the age of 71! I imagine that it didn't continually happen her whole life, otherwise her boobs would be in another postcode!

I've grown ~1" so far and it seems as though it follows my cycles. I grew .5" the two weeks before my first cycle. (I started NBE ~2 weeks before my period) then I grew .25" after my first whole month, then .25" after my second whole month and now I'm about a week or so in to month 3. No growth yet, but nothing really happens until halfway in to my cycle then they swell, and deflate but so far have stayed .25" larger each time.
