I think that hypnosis is the best and safest way to achieve breast growth for me. With time, I added other methods.
I've heard from an hypnosis specialist that it's better to do hypnosis before you go to sleep and then try to fall asleep immediately after, to avoid your conscious to sabotage the messages sent to the subconscious, through negative thoughts.
So, I take back what I wrote time ago, that I think that doing hypnosis in the morning is best. Maybe it is not. And if you think about it, it make sense...
BE takes longer than the few sessions I had for the previously mentioned problems, but just sayn', before bed's not necessarily optimal.
That's a good point. I felt like i always needed to do it before bed, and because i would spend late nights working on assignments i'd normally be too tired and just dose off. It's quite a relief knowing i can do it every other part of the day now and will try it
