I've been doing the cbm for three days now every morning and night maybe a little more then 360 inward rotations i'm also going to start listening to the rock-melon ringtone 3 times a day i've got about 4 months to grow because i have to wear a bikini for a holiday in the summer ALL my family have big boobs but who knows i'm not 25 yet so yh any other suggestions for me thanx

I think it's if you're over 21, you can use herbs. I don't know much about it but fenugreek seems to work very well for girls on here.

The most popular mass builder is the bench press (which I don’t see enough women doing at the free weights area). The machine chest press works fine too, but free weights do have their advantages in terms of adding variety to a dull routin and effectiveness, especially if you’ve been dependant on machines for too long. As intimidating as it may look, this is not a ‘men-only’ exercise. Try the bench press with either barbells or dumbbells.
