cheryl - thanks for your help. I was just woundering about my nipples! I dont know if they are "normal" or not! On some pictures of women their nipples look developed,i.e the middle bit sticks out more, and they have more shape, but mine dont, im not sure if mine are just similar to a guy's. altho on other pictures of women with small chest, they look similar to me. They change with temperature changes, but I dont think they are puffy. When i pluck up the courage to visit my doc, I will ask if they are normal!! they havent changed since I was a young teen i dont think. what is MSM? x

rachyl - thanks i will go check it out! x

Hi Bexy, there are alot of women that have underdeveloped breasts and do not realise, your doctor will send you to a specialist if he thinks this could be the case and they will offer advice and help. They may not talk about and herbal treatments as many doctors know nothing about them but it could help you understand what you could take that would work for you. As you know there are 5 stages in breast development, tanner stages 1 to 5, underdeveloped breats mean that your breasts have stopped on a earlier tanner stage. So 5 is fully developed and 1 being the budding stage. Your breasts could have stopped growing at stages 2 or 3 due to your weight issues and possible hormone problems due to this, it kind of makes sense with what you have described through your younger puberty years. Sometimes a tell tale sign of underdeveloped breasts are puffy nipples or a mound on top of your breast tissue where the nipple is. But not always, truth is every woman has different boobs and nipples, some small some big, even large breasts can be underdeveloped. But usually it is smaller breasts that this relates to. But dont worry there is loads for you to do to correct this if this is the case Big Grin its very, very common hun.

Here is some info on MSM from my forum.

Because this is a newer product many people have never heard of it, or know little about it. I'm including the product information sheet from the manufacturer to explain - mostly because I don't know the product well enough to explain it succinctly. Here goes....

What is MSM? MSM, or Methylsulfonylmethane, is a naturally occurring nutrient. An organic sulfur, MSM is found in all living organisms. The cycle of these naturally occurring sulfur compounds begins in the ocean where plankton release sulfur compounds called dimethylsulfide (DMS) which escapes from the ocean water as a gas and rises into the upper atmosphere. In the presence of ozone and high energy ultraviolet light, the DMS is converted into its counterparts, DMSO (remember that one?) and MSM. Unlike DMS, both DMSO and MSM are very soluble in water and they return to the surface of the earth in the rain. Plants take up the two compounds very rapidly into their root systems, concentrating them up to one hundred times. MSM itself is incorporated into the plant structure. Through the process of plant metabolism, the MSM is mineralized and transported back to the sea, where the sulfur cycle begins.

MSM is a natural form of organic sulfur found in all living organisms and is present in our body fluids and tissues. It is found in a variety of fresh foods including raw fruits, vegetables, meat, fish and milk. However, unless the diet is composed primarily of raw foods, it is unlikely that a body can receive enough MSM for proper health management.

Sulfur has a vital relationship with protein, since sulfur is found in the amino acids methionine, cystine and cysteine. These amino acids are known as the sulfur-bearing amino acids which are considered the building blocks of protein. The sulfur-bearing amino acid methionine is essential to good health. Accordingly, it must be supplied by live food, or the food supplement MSM. A lack of proper protein in the diet also means a lack of the vital organic sulfur necessary to good health. Protein contains sulfur, while carbohydrates and fats do not.

As an acid-forming mineral that is part of the chemical structure of methionine, cysteine, taurine and glutathione, sulfur disinfects the blood, resists bacteria and protects the protoplasm of cells. It aids in oxidation reactions, stimulates bile secretions in the liver and protects against toxic substances. Because of its ability to protect against the harmful effects of radiation and pollution, sulfur slows down the aging process and extends life span. It is found in hemoglobin and all body tissues and is needed for synthesis of collagen, which prevents dryness and maintains elastin in the skin.

MSM is rated as one of the least toxic substances in biology, similar in toxicity to water. Any extra MSM becomes inert and just passes through the system. It has been widely tested as a food ingredient without any reports of allergic reactions. Without a diet high in protein, of natural and unprocessed foods, and with the normal aging deficiencies, MSM must be replenished for optimal health.

How can MSM help? MSM detoxifies the body and increases blood circulation. In cleaning the blood of toxins, MSM allows other nutrients, supplements and even medicines to function more effectively. It is a free radical scavenger so allergies to food and pollens may decrease and may even be eliminated. MSM coats the intestinal tract so parasites are unable to adhere and are flushed away.

By reducing MSM deficiencies (when taken a a daily dietary supplement) the following are some of the conditions which have been helped or even eliminated by MSM.

Response to allergies - Oral MSM has alleviated the allergic response to pollen and to foods. The anti-allergic property of MSM is on par with or better than the traditional antihistaminic preparations.

Reduced joint and muscle pain and inflammation - As the flexible bond between proteins, MSM aids in cell regeneration. It reduces inflammation and permits the muscles to heal. While helping to rebuild healthy cells, MSM can increase flexibility in joints and has been welcome relief to sufferers of arthritis, carpal tunnel syndrome, tendonitis, bursitis, muscle strains and tendon and ligament strains and sprains.

Increased energy and metabolism - Through lung cleansing and increased oxygen absorption, as well as detoxification and proper elimination, MSM is a natural energy enhancer.

Antiparasitic action - In vitro and in vivo tests suggest MSM has an activity against a variety of medically important parasitic problems. So far, research has concentrated on parasitic problems of the intestinal and urogenital tracts. MSM has been found to be active against Giardia Lamblia (travelers diarrhea), trichomonads and roundworms.

Control of hyperacidity - Chronic users of various antacids and histamine H2 receptor antagonists prefer MSM by reason of relief obtained coupled with freedom from serious medicinal effects.

Control of constipation - Constipation can be a medical problem of concern and at the very least cause symptoms of fatigue, depression and pain. Proper elimination is crucial to a healthy body. Daily doses of MSM have provided a prompt and continuing relief to chronic constipation suffers.

Some additional benefits of regular use of biological sulfur - Relief from asthma, PMS and cramps, headaches, reversal of hardening of the arteries and emphysema, control of Candida, aid to healing of ulcers and reconstruction of healthy cells in cancer patients.

MSM is also extremely beneficial to hair, skin and nails - improving skin elasticity and hair and nail growth and strength. Because nutritional sulfur helps keep skin, hair and nails healthy, it has been referred to as nature's "beauty material". It has been helpful with skin conditions such as psoriasis, eczema, rashes, acne, keloids, skin tumors, warts, athletes food, insect bites, poison oak, burns and sunburns, cuts sores, abrasions and blistering. With general skin care of MSM lotion, it can help reduce and even remove stretch marks, surface blemishes and sun or aging spots.

Very little is known about why MSM helps increase breast size but many women have reported an increase while taking MSM. With so many other plus points that MSM gives then i believe it would make a great addition to any NBE program if purely for its health benefits.

Here is a excert from a health and fitness forum post that was discussing if MSM caused weight gain.

the only thing i've noticed is my breasts are larger/firmer. I have a strict diet and exercise regimen so if gained weight excessively, i would throw the crap out.
if it's water retention that's the culprit, i believe more aerobic exercise would solve that problem. Plus cutting down on salt/sugar/carbs in the diet.

It has loads of benifits and no bad points from my opinion, great for boobs and ovarall health.

Good luck chick, you need any more help just ask Big Grin

wow thanks that info is great def something to look into.

I never really thought before reading here that there was such a thing as undeveloped breasts i will do some research into it now i know, and yeh it kind of makes sense. I will ask my doc, altho im a bit aprehensive of the response, and that they won't have a clue! I have been to a previous doctor before when I was 19 as I was looking into having breast implants, she knew about my eating problems, but she never suggested undevelopment.

thanks for all your support!! xx

No Problem honey Big Grin glad i could help a little. Many doctors dont look at hormonal problem until they are mentioned by a patiant, or asked about it, so just make it clear what you feel could be wrong. I no from experience that alot pf doctors are really clueless about this kind of thing so be firm hun lol and dont worry, it may be nerve racking but just think of your C cup boobs at the end of it Wink like i said your free to PM me or ask on anything you like and ill try to help Big Grin good luck.

i went to my doctor....and was told the only option is implants, i asked aBout brava but she had never heard of it!! she said there was no way also that anyone would give someone hormones in order to increase breast size due to them causing cancer, which is what i have found out on research and is why i will never take breast enhancement pills. i mentioned being underveloped, but she just said everyone is different sizes, so i didnt get anywhere with that Sad, but i will continue my jorney, i am going to try the NB or bossom beauty, but also look into surgery.
i kind of feel.............let me think............sad?angry? at least i suppose i plucked up the courage to go!! its just anoying.

Hi Bexy,

Doctors are sometimes uncomprehending, or "late" on what's happening. I had a gynecologist who didn't get to treat an infection I had for months, while it wasn't serious (candida albicans), she told me that it wasn't normal to have sex every day !! WTF, a lot of couples living together must have sex about once a day without the girl having vaginal pains ... She was telling me it was my fault ... Well fortunately I went to another one who gave me probiotics which fixed the problem. Your doctor's surely not ignorant, but doesn't sound really open-minded.

Anyway it's normal to be afraid of taking pills or big amounts of herbs. Don't take it if you don't want to. But I'm sure that you can still improve the size of your breast.

Have you started massaging ? This is THE key.

I believe in NBE. I've already grown about 4inches since I started. I did it with a very small amount of herbs, just a tea cup a day and a glass of soy milk, which would certainly not be harmful, plus a lot of sleep, massage and exercise. And I even think that I could have grown without the herbal tea. You can read my program here: http://www.breastnexus.com/showthread.php?tid=7571

Supplements like vitamins, collagen etc. (I'm not really into it but you can read about it on the forum) are non-hormonal and are helping in NBE.

You can also try hypnosis. See into the forum section the different recordings that exists.

And noogleberry surely is a good idea, I hope this will work for you.

Wish you good luck

hey onicemile thankyou very much for your post Big Grin

i havent really thought about drinking tea, that really doesnt sound harmful. thanks I will look at your link. I used to drink an awful lot of soya milk in the past like 2 or 3 large cartons a day (but that wasnt to try to increase size i just got addicted to it, it didnt have any affect on my size. thanku for my luck x
