I haven't been here in a long time! I am finally going to try the greenbush kit as per Wahaikas suggestion in a few weeks but am cleansing right now, does anyone know if anything I am taking/doing will hurt my chances of successful nbe?

I am taking-
morning-
glass of hot water with one tbsp acv and half tbsp raw honey
one tbsp coconut oil
oil pulling with sesame oil 10 minutes
b vitamin complex
kelp every other day

afternoon-
shakeology shake with 1 tbsp coconut oil, almond milk and strawberries or raspberries
chelated zinc every other day
bone broth with raw garlic

Evening-
400mg cayenne
cup of hot water with one tbsp acv and half tbsp raw honey

nightime-
one teaspoon magnesium citrate disolved in water

I am also dry brushing to stimulate lymph flow
alternating hot and cold showers to stimulate my immune system
applying castor oil to my feet and eyes before bed
massaging coconut oil into my skin

diet-
no sugar other than the honey mentioned and berries
no wheat
no dairy
no processed foods
lots of water or green/red/white/ginger tea

Any thoughts would be great

Also, I am in Canada, the only kits greenbush has in international are the extracts, will these work as well as the capsules?
