I used to do a lot of glute ham raises, but forgot about them because I needed a gym buddy to do them regularly. After a year or so, the coach taught us to flip our butts into the air just before touching the floor, and sweep our noses towards our knees just above the floor, and then whip our backs up to the starting position... but that was quite a few years ago Do you think it's safe to do the one in the video with my heels under some furniture?
Fast and slow muscle fibres... hm... that's another good idea. Squats and lunges do only the slow ones. I definitely need to add fast movements to my butt routine - thanks!
