I hope you're feeling better by now. At least you are on time: many women on PM are two weeks late. And the pain: it must be hell, but there is also a positive there: if your body goes back into teenage mode, your program must be working! And a more even mood is what many women here report between the lines. On the male NBE forum, it is often mentioned as an advantage of PM. Transsexuals on hormones used to be plagued by moodswings
My routine is very different, but it seems to be working too: shoots yesterday, so I stayed on 2 tablespoons on hops (2000 mg). Don't know about tonight yet: either add FG or take out the oat flakes or the broken flaxseed. I have a feeling those two just complicate the story. Simple programs work best, like MydreamisGcup's.
