Hi Soonenough,
I bought a porcelain Chinese tea mug at the oriental supermarket. It has a porcelain strainer that sits in the mug, and a lid that covers it and keeps it warm. I put a little less than 1 tablespoon GR in the strainer, pour hot water, and let it steep for 10 minutes. Then I lift the strainer, let it drip, put the lid upside down on the table and put the strainer on it. Then I have a full 200 ml tea mug. I drink three of those a day now.
At three mugs a day, a good piece of equipment saves time. I hope you can find something similar. Some glass tea pots have strainers too.
