Yes it did help the sugary taste, I had both as a tea put more FG then GR... today I took one 610mg of FG nothing else..no PM until after 3 days and only 1 for about 4 days..while taking FG and GR, when my WY comes I will add that only 1 pill for a few days and also put my WY cream..when should I do the cream just before progest peaks for about 1-2 days..have to research that..I feel really good today..
How are you these days..you have been quite.. Going to do some reading..talk later.. Oh I bough peanut butter with flax added to it.. I also bought teen vits like you recommended along with extra boitin and folic acid..I already had b12..wondering if I should take anything else extra, it has 3mg in each pill:

B1 2.3 mg

Niacin 30 mg

Folic Acid 400 mcg

Cal (elemental) 300 mg
Iron 18 mg
Magnesium 50 mg
Zinc 15 mg
Selenium 20 mcg
Copper 2 mg
Maganese 2 mg
Chromium 120 mcg
I just noticed that Iodine, PABA, Choline, inositol arent in these..I believe they are important..like very for me..so I will have to get them separate some how.
