Hi Susan,
I still can't remember who it was, but she made a batter herself from WY instead of FG, because of the smell of FG. Both contain diosgenin, so they are similar, but WY does more: it contains an anti-androgen, β-Sitosterol (the same as in PM), and it inhibits the metabolism of estrone to 16α-hydroxyestrone.
I always take the FG together with the carbs in my diet, to prevent the cravings. WY, FG, and GR during the 2nd half of the cycle looks great: those have everything you need, without the risk of an imbalance. You can always keep SP in the emergency kit, if the anti-androgen in WY is not enough.
Without hops, the maca is not necessary for mood. If you want it for butt growth, you can try it together with SP. But if the anti-androgen in WY or PM is enough to block all 5α-reductase, adding SP is not necessary.
Biotin is essential for hair, it's in your multi too. Bergamot oil is in hair&scalp conditioners, and publicity for those says it inhibits DHT, yes. But bergamot oil was banned from sunscreens in 1995, and they're still looking for outlets. Stick to the earl grey tea, that's much safer, and it contains bergamot too. Tea contains lignans as well.
Thank you for noticing the fem and manly features in the buiding. I never looked at it that way, but now I understand why I've been thinking about it a lot. The people who built it must really have intended it the way you see it: the statues on the third floor are Diana and Apollo. After a 150 years, new statues were made, and Diana got the lyra of her brother Apollo, and Apollo got the bow of Diana. Talk about cross gender symbolism
