I have used 320 g of broken flax seed since December 13th:

That's 320 g in 19+31+4=54 days, or 5,900 mg a day. I want to go down to 3,000 mg, but not now: first wait until I finish my bag of oat flakes, so I get a confirmation of the oats dose. I emptied the previous bag of oat flakes at 14,500 mg a day, but since decreased the dose to half of that.
Flax seed increase Sex Hormone Binding Globulin (SHBG), and oats decrease it. Since SHBG increases naturally with age, I want to keep the oats dose well above the flax dose.
