Weight is back to 84 kg. OK, before the week-end, it was 82 kg. Breasts haven't grown, but Waist to Hip Ratio (WHR) is back where it was before my elder daughter's birthday party two weeks ago.
So tripling my goat's rue dose to three cups a day hasn't helped for breast growth. I won't decrease it now, because I want to experiment with reducing the flax dose from 6 to 3 g. Just because 6 g sounds too much like a stalling dose, and because flax increases SHBG, which goes up with age anyhow.
Height: 178.5 cm = 5 * 30.48 + 10 * 2.54 = 5' 10"
Weight: 84.0 kg * 2.2046 lbs/kg = 185 lbs
Body Mass Index (BMI): 84.0/1.785/1.785 = 26.4
Breast: 114 cm = 45 "
Under: 96 cm = 38" Difference Breast - Under = 114 - 96 = 18 cm = 7 ", US bra size 42C
Waist: 87 cm = 34"
Hip: 103 cm = 41" (actually the widest part around my butt)
Waist to hip ratio (WHR): 87/103 = 0.86

I deleted the goals from the right hand side of this table. I wanted a Body Mass Index (BMI) of 23.0 by early 2014, which is still feasible, but I have to be careful with herbs that put on weight, like maca, and possibly fenugreek.
The difference between bust and underbust is already 18 cm, where I wanted 15 cm by early 2014, and 20 cm by 2016. Less than an inch to go, to a 42D.
Waist Hip Ratio is doing well: from 0.95 to 0.84 in six months. That shows that the fenugreek dose, which is around 3 g now, is high enough. My goal is to reach the optimum WHR for a man, 0.80, by early 2014. By 2016, I want to be at the optimum for a woman, 0.70. Four years ago, I wore a 26 " corset to parties. My routine size was 28 ". Now that I have a 41 " butt, those corsets would give me WHRs of 0.63 and 0.68. Comfortable lacing is 4 ", so with my 34 " waist, I could fit into my 28 " corsets again, and close them by the end of the night. Hmmm, makes me want to try again
