First, the binge eating during the week-ends appears to be under control. On Sunday afternoon, I weighed 80.0 kg, and now, Monday evening, 80.5 kg.
I just measured my breast immediately after taking off my sweater. They looked like I just stepped out of a warm bed in the morning, and at 93 cm under and 112 cm across, they measured bigger than ever at a difference of 19 cm. A few minutes later, still at an underbust size of 93 cm, my breast circumference had shrunk to 108 cm. After only a minute of breast enlargement massage, across fully erect nipples, I measured 112 cm again, maybe 111.5.
There must be a way to measure consistently. First, it would be nice to know if the result of this ritual is repeatable. If it is, the only decision that's left is just choosing a reference point.
A couple of things to add to this pot, but mostly anecdotal:
Firstly 0.5Kg variance during a day is neither here nor there - you need to look at the overall trend ( but you know that!). I have found that weighing daily, at the same time every morning, shows a pattern of a couple of days of inexplicable weight gain of upto 1lb per day ( 0.5Kg) followed by 3-5 days of smaller but consistent weight losses, so that over a week or 10days the net effect is a loss of between 1 and 2lbs. This pattern has been repeating for about 3 months now, so giving me the overall loss.
I have noticed, but not actually measured, the fact that straight after getting out of bed I consistently look and feel firmer/larger/ perkier and that this goes within 5-10 minutes, but as you say, massage brings it back again for a few minutes. What that means I have no idea but I have always assumed it is to do with fluid build up whilst prone in bed followed by the effects of gravity!
I have also noticed, and I'm sure it's connected, that when I first get up they are really quite painful and it feels as though something internal is being stretched. This feeling disappears quite quickly ( within 2 or 3 minutes).
I know your 'tape day' is every couple of weeks and I do mine every two months ( it's too depressing otherwise ) but I always do my tape measuring and pictures about an hour after getting up, on a Sunday. My daily weighing I do at about 7-45am normally. So the results are as consistent as I can make them.
