I take all of my daily fenugreek dose in one go on an empty stomach, 20 minutes before my highest carb meal. The reason is that fenugreek is hypoglycemic. I explained the logic above. Because it's difficult enough to get the timing right for one meal, I don't split the daily dose.
I knew transgendercare.com. I like their choices of estrogen - estradiol - and anti-androgens: either finasteride or spironolactone. I can't agree with the use of medroxyprogesterone acetate (Provera) as a progestin. TSs on provera look horrible: neglected, much older than their age, wrinkly, and totally drained of their energy. Still haven't figured out why.
