Each to their own, I know, but I still don't understand why you don't get a small, mg, electronic scale I got one from e-bay for about 6 GBP. ( something like thsi one: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/200g-x-0-01g-LCD-Digital-Pocket-Weighing-Mini-Scales-Includes-Batteries-UK-/140755247624?pt=UK_BOI_Electrical_Test_Measurement_Equipment_ET&hash=item20c5aaa208 It has a tare facility, so you just put a small plastic pot on it, push the tare button and add the herbs or whatever, and take them in your favourite way. That way you know what you are actually taking now, not approximately what you did take a couple of months ago.
