I had been looking for a scale like that, but I just couldn't seem to find any that would allow me to mix my evening porridge as fast as I make it now. For the way you use it though, all the herbs in one small plastic pot, the 200 g * 0.01 g would work, and that's both precise and fast. I wasn't thinking any further than using the same stoneware or porcelain bowls I use now. That would have required me to buy the 500 g * 0.1 g, which is still 10 % error on my flax and black seed doses.
Anyway, my first estimates are way more off than 10 % now. Today I finished my first bag of black seed. I was planning to use 1,000 mg. But in reality, I used 250-100=150 g in 13+30+19=62 days: that's 2,400 mg a day. The 100 g is what I gave to my daughter. I weighed it on an old 1,000 * 5 g mechanical diet scale, which isn't too precise either.
I'll keep the dose at 2,400 mg for now. That dose works. The first two weeks, I lost weight on it. After starting L-arginine, I put on some of the weight again, but the NBE growth I got in return is disproportionate. I'm switching to the more expensive black seed from www.jacob-hooy.nl right now, but I'll go back later to the one I've used so far, from http://www.amazingoriental.com/
to double check if there's a difference between the two.
