Something peculiar struck me while I posted the cost of my program in post # 1310 yesterday. I could easily ditch the four most expensive herbs. Fenugreek increases progesterone and prolactin, and flax contains phyto-estrogens and an anti-androgen: secoisolariciresinol diglycoside (SDG). Flax increases SHBG, but oats decrease it. And oats add zinc and vitamin B6, which are in my multi-vitamin. So I could replace the multi by meat or soy milk for vitamin B12, and dark green leafy vegetables for folic acid. The fenugreek, flax, and oats together cost € 1 a month
I definitely want to try this as a maintenance program.
