There's no real problem with licorice and red clover as long as the doses are low, especially licorice. Red clover is 50/50 phyto-estrogens/phyto-progestins. Licorice is similar, and in addition it's and anti-androgen and it ups prolactin. Both herbs may work well for PCOS, but women without PCOS will just stall on so much progestins.
DHEA grows breasts only in combination with an anti-androgen. Maca is supposed to up DHEA.
