Now I am a TS taking 3000mg daily but once a week i take 1500. If I drink I plan ahead and will not take PM the night beofre or that day of drinking or the morning after. I am feeling some changes in the breast area and I am shaping nice. I will keep you all posted after my 2nd month.
I took one yesterday for the first time, and couldn't figure out why I was so tired all day long. Then towards the end of the night I got a headache. Would regular milk help with the sleepiness or does it need to be soy milk? Thanks
