In your basic recommended program, I mean. Ive been searching and searching for info, but it's the only component I'm still clueless about. If anyone else has a link to an explanation given by Wahaika abou this, can you plz post it?

Wahaika just answered this question for me on his site. He says that flaxseed oil probably increases estrogen levels indirectly by increasing shbg. He's not completely sure yet if this is correct.

It's worth looking into. My experience with broken flaxseeds is good:

Ginie grew an entire month on flaxseed.
