Lack of tenderness

#1

Hey everyone, ninjatoes here! I'm still fairly new to the site and began my program on the first of July. However, there hasn't been any tenderness what so ever regardless of my routine and herbal treatments. There is the occasional soreness but nothing that is prolonged. Am I not doing something right? Below, I'll post my program so if you see anything irregular, please let me know.

Fennel Seed -> 480mg( 4 pills daily= 1980mg daily)
Fish, Flax, Borage oil -> 1200mg(2x pills = 800mg per fish, flax, borage daily)
B-12 -> 250mcg day(Morning)
Wild Yam -> 500mg(4x pills= 2000mg daily)
Blessed Thistle-> 500mg (4x pills = 2000mg daily)
Fenugreek Extract with Hops extract in coco butter using Tigerlily's massage technique with protein shake afterwards( Day/Night)
Spearmint Tea anti-androgen -> ( Nightly)

It seem like you are mixing alot of "things" in your programme, just wonder whether it will give counter effect. Suggest you consult doctor.

Hi NinjaToes,

I'd take the fish oil out, and the fennel is too much.

Tenderness is not a requirement. It does happen in the majority of cases but not all. Some people do not get growing pains so don't give up based only upon that. If you have growth, stick with it a while and see what develops. I originally had pains when I first started develpment but they soon died out and haven't had any since.
