I've been taking Fenugreek, Wild Yam, Dong Quai, Fennel, and Saw Palmetto for about two months. I've been thinking about starting birth control soon, and I was wondering if these herbs will affect the hormones in either the pill or the Nuva Ring?
Also, I've been considering ramping up some of the dosages I've been taking. If Wahaika reads this, what would you advise?
I'm taking
3720 mg of Fenugreek (not really planning on ramping this up anymore)
1920 mg of Fennel
850 mg of Wild Yam
2260 mg of Dong Quai
2400 mg of Saw Palmetto
