For BO you want a "normal" temp of 98.2-98.7. Some of us without supplementation have naturally low temperatures in the 97 range. Make sense?

I have a question about this if you don't mind ^^ I read that kelp is one of the ingredients in BB, do I have to take more in addition to what's in it, or can it be enough for the temperature to rise just enough for it to work properly?

BB's directions when I took it instructed me to take a kelp supplement with my bb if my temp was low. So I don't think the amount in it is effective for raising the temp but instead is to help maintain it.
