A little help here ..

#1

Hello beautiful ladies!

I'm new here Smile I would first like to start of by saying, everyone on here is very inspirational. I sometimes find it hard to stick to some things, but seeing all the amazing results, I really hope I can achieve my goals and share my success with all of you!

Keep up the good work Smile

I am 21 turning 22 in a few months. 5'1 and 45kg.

I currently am on Implanon - no periods.

I take 1 Multivitamin, 1 Biotin and 2 Fish Oil Tablets, as well as the chewable Vitamin C tablets.

Gym about 2 - 3 times a week.

I have a weird thing about having to swallow so many capsules, so looking more into this, I love that Eve's program incorporates herbs into food.

I would like to follow Eve's program and also take Maca.

Do I need to start off on small doses of each herb as well as Maca?

Any tips about using Maca or Eve's program?

Really appreciate all your help. I have done abit of research, but still seem a little stuck on where to start.

xx

Hi Elvira,

I started hops first, then fenugreek, then maca. Next time I want to ramp up hops and maca together, after fenugreek. Hops and maca are the ones to ramp up slowly, because they also work on your mind. The effects cancel, though. I think hops and maca combine well.

Because of maca, I could take the soy out of the program. The folic acid, I get from lettuce and a multivitamin, instead of from beremeal. The zinc is from meat. I still have linseed and oats, but use them only when I need to. I have the barley grass too, but never used it. Mint teas work just as well.

The complete story is in my program thread. I only use maca, fenugreek, and hops, and alternate multis to get enough zinc, vitamins B6 and B12, and folic acid.
