There are two ways of having your own pictures appear on a forum page like this. Firstly, you can simply e-mail them to the forum at our usual e-mail address. Secondly, if you prefer to use an image host for the pictures, such as Photo Bucket or Image Shack, all you need to do is provide the links for the pictures, either by e-mailing them to the forum or just by posting the links in a normal forum message.

	Morning Swelling, and my Final Goal. What I Look Forward to.

	after 4 weeks of brava. Picture taken 4 1/2 hours after removing brava system.

	This is after a couple weeks of not wearing brava. Have some marks. But nothing major. Increase of about a cup size. Overall happy. Will try to do it again, soon.

	No swelling. This is what my end result is.

	Update 2 months after Brava. Gain of about 2 inches.

	Update after about 6 months of no Brava use.
