There are two ways of having your own pictures appear on a forum page like this. Firstly, you can simply e-mail them to the forum at our usual e-mail address. Secondly, if you prefer to use an image host for the pictures, such as Photo Bucket or Image Shack, all you need to do is provide the links for the pictures, either by e-mailing them to the forum or just by posting the links in a normal forum message.

I will be starting NBE, using my own combination of herbs and massage,
starting on my birthday, which is January 7, 2007! I am hoping that
by submitting photos, I will be more motivated to stick to the program!

	This is my updated pic of January 26 after drinking herbal tea daily for almost one month and using PM for a week.
