Taking the plunge! What do you guys think? :)

#1

Firstly, thanks to Isabelle, Wahaika, Eve, Ginie, Anastasia, GorgeousBlonde, A-2-C... I know I'm forgetting many, but THANKS to all you veteran NBE'ers who always post such great information!
I've been lurking for a while- overwhelmed by all the information- but am finally ready to get started. I'm hoping that by posting here I'll keep myself accountable, have a record of the journey, and get some good feedback from everyone.

Background:
Biological female, 24 y.o., 130lbs, 34A/B
I've always had irregular periods (late, early, light, heavy) but blood tests never showed anything funky. Had a miscarriage this summer and am due for some blood tests soon; will see how the hormones are and report back later. I eat pretty healthily and it's been a long time since I've had any drugs/supplements/bad behavior in the system, so I've decided to skip the whole cleansing regimen.

Month 1: Daily
-- Multivitamin
-- B complex vitamin
-- 3000mg MSM
-- 2000mg EPO

Month 2: Daily (starting soon)
In addition to Month 1 vitamins,
Per Eve's program:
-- 800mg Barley
-- 400mg Alfalfa
-- 400mg Fennel
-- 1800mg Fenugreek
-- 800mg Hops
-- 1000mg Flaxseed Oil
-- 800mg Oats
-- 1000mg Soya
Per Wahaika's suggestions re: winter start NBE
-- 500mg? GABA
-- 1000mg? l-tyrosine
-- exercise to keep fat off other areas!
A little bit of weight loss/ metabolism boost?
-- 2tbsp apple cider vinegar
-- 1tsp fish oil

Any thoughts on dosages? Is the combo of flaxseed + fish oil + EPO overkill? With the MSM, should I still throw in collagen supplements?

I think most people take these throughout the day, but I'm just gonna go with 1x in the AM... gotta be realistic, I won't remember multiple times daily. Also have been NB'ing about 1-2hrs at a time, when possible. I know consistency is best, but I think some is better than none. Once blood tests are back, I'll start figuring out how to incorporate PM, BO, etc... aka, bring in the big guns.

Would love to hear from any and all re: tweaks or advice! Thank you Smile
