Hi all,
I'm new to this forum and wanted to share the method that is working for me. I did much research before starting to try herbal breast enlargement, and it took me awhile to figure out what worked and what didn't. My post is going to be sort of long, so for those who don't want to read the whole thing I'll give the bottom line first (in terms of what is working) and those who want to read further can do so. When my hormones changed in my late 40s, "the girls" shrank from a large C cup to a small B cup. I wanted to be the size I originally was, and did lots of research. After trial and error, I ended up with the following regimen, which worked wonders!!! It took 4 months to see significant results:
1 pill twice a day of Solgar PM Phytogen Complex
1 pill twice a day of Ainterol Pure PM Prueria Mirifica
Breast cream applied twice a day (my own homemade breast cream).
Breast cream "recipe":
4 Tablespoons Moisturelle Body Lotion
12 opened capsules of the Ainterol PM
12 finely crushed tablets of the Solgar PM Phytogen complex.
The result is a pretty pink lotion which doesn't smell bad, either! I did not massage for 5 minutes like some sites suggest, I just rubbed it on and that's it. I store the mixture in a small glass babyfood jar. I believe the cream mixture speeded up the results substantially.
Now, I had no idea what brand or type of herb would really work. At first, I tried all the regular herbs like fennel, fenugreek, etc. and got serious hot flashes! I did not see results, but maybe it was because I got such bad hot flashes that I quit too early.
Then, I did more research and discovered Prueraria Mirifica but was not sure how to go about finding good quality, esp. since it's imported. That scared me a bit. I ordered some different types and there were two brands I did not like at all, and the capsules had light brown contents. I heard that real prueraria is white. So I then ordered some Solgar PM phytogen because I trust the Solgar brand--only because I've seen Solgar products in health food stores. Maybe that's a bad reason, but I had to have something to go by in terms of trust. Problem with the Solgar though, is that the amount of Prueraria M. is only 60 mg. per tablet. So I then decided to try the Ainterol brand along with the Solgar with hopes that by combining them, one of the brands would work. I was happy to see that the Ainterol had (supposedly) 500 mg. prueraria M. per capsule, and that the contents was white. I began taking both types of pills twice a day, though I was a bit scared, as I still could not be sure what was truly in these pills. Anyway, after about 2 months I sensed I was getting some enlargement but wondered if it was my imagination. That's when I started making my own breast cream out of the capsules, and began applying that twice a day. After maybe another 3 weeks of that (combined with continuing to take the pills), I started to get some tenderness in the breast area, and some enlargement that I could actually see. And then they kept growing from there! I was further encouraged when my boyfriend noticed they were bigger. I was very, very happy, because I finally filled up my old bras again. That makes me feel younger, since I am middle-aged. Anyway, I went from a small B to a large C and then decided to cut back to one Ainterol pill a day along with using the breast cream once a day. I do not know if both brands work, but by cutting out the Solgar (for now), I'll see if the Ainterol keeps "the girls" at the right size. If not, then I'll assume the Solgar was the brand that was working, and go back to using that. So I'm in the experimental "maintenance stage", where I want to maintain, but don't necessarily want to grow larger. I worry about whether all these things are safe to take long term, so am still cautious.
Well, I do have to say that what I am using really works and I'm quite surprised. I had gone through the change of hormones and that's why I shrank to a much smaller size. It is great to be back to the size I was a few years ago when the natural hormones were in full swing. I wish you all success with whatever method you are using!
