This sounds extremely complicated. I wish I knew this before I bought the PM, because I am not always aware of where my cycle not how to balance my hormones.
I have extremely heavy periods, and that made me anemic, so I cannot afford to bleed even more. This is why I was planning to start PM on the last day of my period. But what happens after 2 months? Do I discontinue?
