Newbie and need some advice from Wahaika

#1

Good morning Wahaika, Smile

I am new to this site and I have browsed some threads this week on various herbal programs which can make your breasts bigger, however I am fully aware that we are all different and before I purchase the correct herbs for my personal program I was wondering if you could give me some advice on what I should get, how much I need to take, and for how long.

Currently I am taking vitamin D3 and pure cod liver oil capsules. I am a healthy person. I do not smoke, do not drink alcohol. In addition, I do not drink coffee at all but drink quite a lot of green tea and cranberry & elderflower tea. My diet is pretty healthy. I eat a lot of vegetables and protein such as chicken, beef and fish. I also eat a lot of pasta/rice and drink a lot of water.

Here are my stats:

Age: 42
Height - 5'7
Weight – 9.2 stone
Bust – 32/34" – Bra size: 34B
No children – Never breast feeded
Periods: Regular (28 days cycle)
I wear anything between 8 - 10 on the top and 10/12 on the bottom. My aim would be to achieve a 34C or help my existing 34B get fuller.

I have the following herbs/ingredients at home at the moment:

Fenugreek
Fennel
Flaxseed Oil
Olive Oil
Chicken
Beef
A heated pad with multiple heat settings. (but I am not sure which set setting I have to use)

If you think that I will require some of the following: B vitamins
Hops, L-Tyrosine, Wild Yam (Preferably Mexican Wild Yam), evening Primrose Oil, borage Oil, goat's Rue (Galega), please also let me know as I am sure I will be able to find them.

Also I drink quite a lot of herbal tea so I was wondering if you could kindly advise me on which tea would be best for me and what quantity can I drink?

Thanks and look forward to hearing from some of you. Smile

Sarah

Hi Wahaika,

I have forgotten to mention that I also have the following at home:

Rose hip oil
Castor oil
Peppermint oil capsules

I am not sure if the above will be useful but I just thought I let you know.

Thank you very much. Smile

Hello Sarah23,

The best tea to drink during NBE is fennel tea, a cup or two per day.

Have you seen the Greenbush 90 day kit (#2)?

Along with that, you will need a multivitamin, a B complex, Evening Primrose Oil, Borage Oil, and Olive Oil. Do you have access to these?

Also MSM (Carlson's brand) would be good to take.

The best setting for the heated pad is low.

Hi Wahaika,

Thank you for you reply. It is very much appreciated. Smile

With regards to the fennel tea, I shall make sure to buy the tea and follow your advice.

I had a look at the Greebush 90 day kit but I am not very keen on the SP as I read various posts in this forum which mentioned that SP can trigger cellulite and weight gain in the thigh area.

I have indeed accessed to a multivitamin, a B complex, Evening Primrose Oil, Borage Oil, Olive Oil and MSM (Carlson's brand). I will make sure to purchase them in the near future.

Can I perhaps post my personal progam. Would you or Isabelle be so kind to let me know if it is a well balanced program?Blush

Please let me know?

I would encourage all women to post their programs and I would encourage as many as possible to give their opinion. That is what this board is all about. However, if male breast growers such as Isabelle start posting, I will always withdraw. Aside from the obvious, there are reasons for this which I will not go into. I sincerely hope that you are not offended.

Saw Palmetto goes with the fenugreek. They are a combination that need to be together. You can keep the cellulite away by exercising. Do you have a workout program?

Hi Wahaika,

Thank you for letting me know about SP and fenugreek working well together.

I do go to the gym very often and I will make sure to post my personal program soon.
