I incorporated into my breast cream some flower pollen, I was wondering what you guys thought about that. I dumped the contents of 18 Flora Femal pills into my lotion base. Although I can find nothing of purported phyto-estrogenic activity when I tried researching, they are used as a natural HRT for menopausal woman, so maybe they are anti-androgenic or something. Anyhoo, that's the only unusual thing about my formula.
Other than that it consists of:
60ml Organika Wild yam and soy isoflavone progesterone support cream
45ml Burts bees royal jelly radiance lotion
30ml Andalou naturals passion fruit body butter (with fruit stem cells)
contents of 18 floral femal pills
contets of 15 Webber Naturals Soy Isoflavone pills
2tbsp boiled fenugreek and fennel 'jelly'
I apply liberally once daily with chi breast massage
2 days in, haha, but my breasts are definitely fuller.
I am a 34F at the moment, but have to lose 20 lbs in the next 2 months.
I am an MMA fighter, and took a couple months off training and packed on the pounds, now I must get back to my fight weight by mid-April.
I would like to lose 20 lbs and have my breasts sit at a 32G when I am done my weight loss, with an eventual goal of being a 32HH.
I will track my progress if ppl are interested, maybe do a picture diary.
What alterations should I make to my routine, if any?
