shooting pains.

#1

Hello I got into a bit of a problem yesterday, I pumped in the morning after my work out and all was fine a few hours after my right nipple had enormously painful shooting pains in it. And they took a long time to go away. Was this the pumping? Did I over pump? And should I be concerned? I had wandered if it was a growing pain but they don’t normally feel like that to me.

I let off the pumping for today to give them a rest.

Can you see/feel a bump anywhere on it? Like a pimple like bump. Did the pain come by itself, or did you have to touch the nipple to feel it?

hey

The pain came by itself I did not touch my nipple I also took my bra off as I was at home when the pain started but it didn't help.

There was no bump, i do have little spots they look a lot like spots on your face as aposed to a bump. but maybe its the same thing.

I have not pumped again until this morning there were no pains during my time off I will see if I have any pains today.
