Mixing PM and Other Methods

#1

Hi everyone! I recently posted this along with my introduction, but I figured it may be more appropriate here. I'm new to NBE, and am just looking for some advice for my program.

I just recently ordered Naturaful after hearing some good things. It probably won't arrive for 2 or 3 weeks, though.
I've been doing the 300-360 rotations with the chi massage morning and night while listening to the rock melon ringtone on repeat (ya never know! Tongue). However, the ringtone sort of gave me a headache last night. I think I've figured out how to do the chi properly, but since my breasts are small its difficult to avoid the nipple area. Do you just grab and move the breasts in circles (not the hands around the breasts) or do you move your hands around the breasts while moving them? I do the former..

I was also looking at PM, however I'm not really comfortable taking supplements at this point, so it would be ideal to get the liquid extract so that I could apply it topically. I'm currently trying to find it in my area because I'd like something to try out sooner rather than waiting for the cream to be delivered.. Is it a better idea to just wait and try the Naturaful alone, or could I use them at the same time?
I'm also on birth control, in case that helps you to help me in this.

One other thing I read the other day (I can't remember where for the life of me) was about soy beans. Now, I know they're great to eat and I recently bought a big bag of them. But I read the other day that applying them directly to the breasts could also work? Has anyone else heard of/tried this? If you were to try it, how would you go about it (ie. mushing them up and mixing with an easily absorbed oil like sweet almond)?

Sorry for the really long post. Any tips or advice are greatly appreciated!

Buying in stores is typically overpriced.

Soy is a much weaker phytoestrogen than PM. I don't think it would be effective. Just eat them.

If you don't want to take oral supps. Use a PM cream and noogleberry.

Okay, thanks Smile I will just stick to eating the soy beans then.

And since I already ordered the cream, I'll probably try that out first. Could I just add the extract to the cream I've already ordered though? I'm just worried about causing an imbalance in the ingredients. Or maybe I could try adding some fenugreek liquid extract..

Here's what the cream has in it: Aqua, Glycerol Mono Sterate, Glucam E-20, Sabal, Damiana, Dong Quai, Blessed Thistle, Kava Kava, Dandeliuon Root, Oat Fiber, Wild Yam, Motherwort, Safflower Oil, Cetyl, Alcohol, Acetulan, Silicone, Sodium Laurel Sufate, Fragrance, Methyl Paraben, Propyl Paraben, Polysorbate 80, DMDM Hydantoin.

The only problem is it doesn't really tell me how much of these ingredients are in it.
