Whatever you decide to do with your herbs/regimen, remember that your body will take getting used to it. When I first began, I didn't have any breast pain from my herbs. But then I started massage, and that combined with my herbs gave me pain for a few weeks. My body soon got over the pain, and now it never hurts to massage. So I wouldn't suggest necessarily stopping massage just because of breast pain, unless it becomes just that unbearable. Your body will most likely experience many side effects as you refine your plan, so don't be too surprised at breast pain. Sometimes that simply means your body is responding well to what you're doing!
Hope you find the right routine for you, and keep massaging, because massage will only give you good results with your program if you keep at it!
